Bite Sized Foodie News For Your Consumption

By JACKIE FENDER

Kicking off the new year with a column that hits on restaurant buzzworthy news, events, and more in bite sized blurbs for your consumption.

Have you heard the news? Tacoma’s getting a hot, new gathering space in Manuscript & Dialogue. Situated in what was once Odin Brewing (and The Hub before that), Manuscript has been dropping sneak peeks on the socials on what folks can anticipate once the doors open. Boasting barrel aged and draft cocktails paired with house-made pasta, pizza, oysters, sandwiches, boozy brunches and more, not to mention a stellar sound system and dance floor for late night boogies, it's sure to fill a void in Tacoma’s scene.

With Robert Stocker at the helm (owner of the Boom Boom Room on the Ave), business partner Eda Lovelace (beverage director of Boom Boom Room and DJ) AND Anna Gonzales of 3uilt fame in the back of the house it’s something to look forward to! Keep an eye on their socials for when the doors open…it's soon and it’s going to be a vibe. 203 Tacoma Ave. South, Tacoma.
